BIOGRAPHY

Radar is a French world-fusion duet celebrated for their unique blend of global sounds, electronic textures, and Arabic influences. Formed by Christophe Goze & Francis Peyrat, two visionary musicians with a shared passion for cultural cross-pollination, Radar quickly established themselves as innovators in the early 2000s world music scene.

In 2002, they released their now-classic album Nothing Is Real, a groundbreaking work that fused hypnotic rhythms, lush melodies, and Middle Eastern tonalities with modern production. The album received international recognition for its ability to bridge tradition and innovation, creating a soundscape that was both timeless and forward-looking.

With Nothing Is Real, Radar not only captured the spirit of their era but also helped pave the way for a new generation of artists exploring the intersections of world music, lounge, and electronic fusion. To this day, the album remains a reference point in the genre, admired for its artistry, authenticity, and global resonance.
